JSP eligibility and when to claim

Early declares for employment JSP
Customers can lodge an early claim for JSP approximately 13 weeks before the first day of eligibility. On the day they become certified they need to provide their bank account balances, proof of income and work separation information.

Assisted Customer Claims (ACC)

Higher rate of JSP for 55 years and over
